The college's utilization of the Canvas LMS works to enrich and support every aspect of teaching and learning. A digital learning environment creates additional participation and communication opportunities and provides a convenient repository for important course files. Furthermore, Canvas apps help keep students on track by meeting them where they are. Access to Canvas is through the mySMC portal (left navigation bar). Faculty are encouraged to contact Patrick Volz, Instructional Technologist/Canvas Administrator (pvolz@smcvt.edu). Students are asked to contact the Helpdesk (ithelp@smcvt.edu or x-2020) and are located in St. Edmund's 221.
