THD Mobile: Reports don't appear. Other functions may be missing

Users think they are logging into the production network. However, the test network looks very similar but is missing certain reports and other custom data.

Make sure that the user is connecting to the Production server at: https://champlain.datacenter.adirondacksolutions.com/champlain_thd_prod/index.html. The test environment appears to be the same, and the URL is very similar, leading to occasional confusion.
