Option 1: Download Messages Delivered via Email
- If you have unified messaging enabled on your voice mailbox, your voice messages are delivered to your email inbox as .wav file attachments.
- Download these messages locally to your computer and store in your preferred location.
Option 2: Download Messages from Web Inbox
- Connect to Middlebury VPN or use an on-campus network connection.
- Log in to https://myphone.middlebury.edu/ with your Middlebury credentials
- Click Voicemail and then Launch Voicemail Inbox

- Click on Web Inbox

- Click on the message you want to download, then right click on the "message.wav" link and select "Save as" or "Download" - this may vary slightly depending on which browser you're using.

- Place the downloaded file in your preferred storage location.
