​​​​​​​Option 1: Download Messages Delivered via Email

  1. If you have unified messaging enabled on your voice mailbox, your voice messages are delivered to your email inbox as .wav file attachments.
  2. Download these messages locally to your computer and store in your preferred location.

 

Option 2: Download Messages from Web Inbox

  1. Connect to Middlebury VPN or use an on-campus network connection.
  2. Log in to https://myphone.middlebury.edu/ with your Middlebury credentials
  3. Click Voicemail and then Launch Voicemail Inbox

  5. Click on Web Inbox

  7. Click on the message you want to download, then right click on the "message.wav" link and select "Save as" or "Download" - this may vary slightly depending on which browser you're using.
