How to connect to Wi-Fi and log into the laptop

  1. On the Logon Screen, go to the bottom right and select the globe.
  2. Select Middlebury College, and then click on Connect.
  3. A dialog box will come up asking for a username and password. You will need to enter your full Middlebury College email address and password.
  4. Once you are connected, you will need to log in with your Middlebury College email address and password.

How to install applications using the Company Portal

  1. Open the Start menu, then search for the Company Portal app (or select it from the App list).
  2. Open Company Portal then search for the application you want to install. It will download the software over the Internet. It can take some time to do so.
    • If the application you need isn't available on the Company Portal, it can be requested via the Helpdesk.

How to print documents using Papercut Print Deploy

  1. On the desktop there is a green icon called Printer Setup that you will need to open.
    1. Note – You will need to be on the Middlebury College Wi-Fi or connected via Ethernet to print. If you get a screen that says “Well this is awkward” that means there is no connectivity to the printing servers.
