This article explains how to install Citrix Workspace software on college-owned computers. Certain specific applications (e.g., Pyramed) require this software to work properly.

Open Self Service (Mac) or the Company Portal (Windows).

Use the Search field to find the app called Citrix Workspace.

Click the Install button. This process may take a few minutes.

For Pyramed access: Once Citrix is done installing, open the application. The URL for Pyramed is pyramedhealth.cloud.com.
