25Live is the calendaring and scheduling software used by Event Management to track bookings for rooms and resources and manage campus spaces. There are two environments for 25Live; this article is about the Middlebury instance.
Accessing 25Live
Students, staff, and faculty have access to 25Live, which uses single sign-on for authentication.
When you navigate to https://25live.collegenet.com/middlebury, you may be asked to sign in. If you are, please use your @middlebury.edu email address and password.
Once you are signed in, you will be able to view room details, schedules, and other information. Employees are also able to submit event reservation requests. Some staff and faculty who use 25Live heavily have additional permissions that are granted by Event Management after training.

If you're having difficulty signing in, please make sure that you're accessing the correct environment at https://25live.collegenet.com/middlebury. The MIIS instance at https://25live.collegenet.com/miis does not use SSO. If you're still not able to sign in, please contact the ITS Helpdesk for assistance.
