If you use Chrome, you may be seeing errors using Banner after you are logged in as of November 2025. This is due to a change that Chrome made recently in their browser. The error may contain the message "Authentication Failed. Problem in external authentication service."

To fix this issue:

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Copy chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check into the browser address bar and hit Enter/Return. 

  3. In the Local Network Access Checks dropdown, select Disabled.

  4. Relaunch the browser using the Relaunch button.
