TeamDynamic Mobile App - Quick Start Guide

The TeamDynamix Mobile app allows technician users to connect to TeamDynamix from a mobile device. This article describes how to find, install and connect the TeamDynamix Mobile app.

Step 1: Installing TeamDynamix Mobile

The TeamDynamix Mobile app is available in the App Store and Google Play store.  

  • In the App Store or Google Play Store, search "TeamDynamix"
  • Download and install the app.

Step 2: Register the Mobile App

The TeamDynamix Mobile app must be registered to your instance of TeamDynamix in order to connect. Follow these steps to register your mobile app: 
 

  • Use the camera on your mobile device to scan the following QR code below. This QR code will automatically open the TDX App on your mobile device and populate the Instance ID.

     
  • Alternatively, you can open the Mobile App and type in SMC/GMHEC instance ID.  If you used the QR code, you do not need to do this.

Step 3: Sign In to the Mobile App

Once you've registered to an instance of TeamDynamix, use your Saint Michael’s College network/email credentials to sign in.
Note: you will be prompted for multi-factor authentication.
