Overview
The Champlain College TeamDynamix Client Portal is a convenient way to submit technology-related service requests and view informational articles to resolve your technology questions. The Client Portal allows Champlain College students, faculty and staff to:
- Access support services using the Service Catalog
- Submit a request for a general technology-related request or report a system outage
- Browse a Knowledge Base of informational articles
- Check the status of your submitted requests

Request services using the Service Catalog
The Service Catalog is a convenient way to request services, check the status of your outstanding requests, and communicate with the support staff. You can browse the Service Catalog or use the search box to locate a specific service offering, read details about the service offering, and request service from the appropriate team. Our Service Catalog contains many of the most commonly requested services, and other services will continue to be added as needed. You can also submit a general request to Champ Support if you cannot find the service you are looking for or if you need to report a system outage.
Find answers using the Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base contains a variety of informational articles to assist with your technology questions. You can browse articles by category, or you can use the search box to find what you're looking for. New articles will continue to be added to the Knowledge Base, and existing articles will be updated regularly.
View your Tickets
Want to review a previously submitted ticket to check the status or leave a comment for support staff? Click on View my Tickets to see a list of all tickets you have submitted.
How to log into the Client Portal
In order to submit a ticket via the Client Portal or view your existing tickets, you must be logged into the system. To do so, click “Sign in” located in the upper right corner of any page on the Client Portal and enter your Champlain email and password. Every Champlain College student, faculty and staff member has an account, and no additional account set-up is necessary.
