Oracle - Logging in & Avoiding Lockouts

If your Oracle account is currently locked, you will need to contact the Middlebury Helpdesk to unlock it.

 

Tips

  • Use Firefox, the recommended browser for Oracle.

  • If you receive the pop-up shown below, please close all current tabs and clear your cache and cookies for the past 24 hours for whichever browser you are using.

    • Do not enter your credentials in this pop-up; this will lock your account.

    • If clearing the last 24 hours of cached data does not work, please clear your cache and cookies for all time. 

    • If you are still experiencing issues logging into Oracle after you have done this, please contact the Helpdesk, as your account is likely locked.
