Tips on how to avoid getting locked out of Oracle

• Use Firefox, the recommended browser for Oracle.

• Bookmark the GMHEC app panel rather than the Oracle login site itself.  Use https://myapps.microsoft.com/?tenantid=gmhec.org or http://go.middlebury.edu/oracle.

• This log-in screen occasionally crops up --  if you see this, you have to click the Company Single Sign-On button.

• If you start receiving the pop-up shown below, please clear your cache and cookies for your preferred browser using the instructions here. Do not enter your credentials in this pop-up, it can cause an account lock out. If clearing the last 24 hours of cached data does not work, please try clearing your all time cache and cookies. Once you have done this, if you are still experiencing issues logging into Oracle, please contact the Helpdesk as your account is likely locked.
