Tips on how to avoid getting locked out of Oracle

  • Use Firefox, the recommended browser for Oracle.

  • Bookmark the GMHEC app panel, not the Oracle site itself.  Use go.middlebury.edu/oracle or myapps.microsoft.com/?tenantid=gmhec.org.

  • If this log-in screen appears, you MUST use the Company Single Sign-On button.

    • Putting your credentials into the ID and password fields will often lock your account.

  • If you receive the pop-up shown below, please close all current tabs and clear your cache and cookies for the past 24 hours for whichever browser you are using.
    • Do not enter your credentials in this pop-up, it can cause an account lock out. If clearing the last 24 hours of cached data does not work, please clear your cache and cookies for all time.
    • If you are still experiencing issues logging into Oracle after you have done this, please contact the Helpdesk, as your account is likely locked.
