Oracle icon missing on Apps dashboard

These steps explain how to locate the "missing" Oracle icon. 

If you open the Apps dashboard and see different icons to what you normally see, this will fix your issue.

If you are unable to open the Apps dashboard using the link go.middlebury.edu/oracle/ and instead run into an authentication issue, or you see all GMHEC apps except Oracle, please reach out to the Helpdesk

 

Switch to the GMHEC Apps dashboard

  1. Check to see if Middlebury’s logo appears in the upper left.

  2. If it does, click the Organizations icon (the three connected squares) in the upper right and choose Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium (GMHEC).

  3. You will now be in the GMHEC Apps dashboard instead of Middlebury’s—you should now see Oracle.

To avoid confusion with the Middlebury apps and instead route directly to the GMHEC App dashboard, you can:
