These steps explain how to locate the "missing" Oracle icon.
If you open the apps panel and see a bunch of icons different to what you normally see, this will fix your issue. If you are unable to open the apps panel using the link go.middlebury.edu/oracle/ and instead run into an authentication issue or you see all GMHEC apps except Oracle, please reach out to the Helpdesk.
Switch to the GMHEC Apps panel
- Check to see if Middlebury’s logo appears in the upper left.

- If it does, click the Organizations icon (the three connected squares) in the upper right:
then choose Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium.

You will now be in the GMHEC Apps panel instead of Middlebury’s—you should now see Oracle.
