Oracle Icon Missing on Apps Panel

These steps explain how to locate the "missing" Oracle icon. 

If you open the apps panel and see a bunch of icons different to what you normally see, this will fix your issue. If you are unable to open the apps panel using the link go.middlebury.edu/oracle/ and instead run into an authentication issue or you see all GMHEC apps except Oracle, please reach out to the Helpdesk

 

Switch to the GMHEC Apps panel

  1. Check to see if Middlebury’s logo appears in the upper left.  Middlebury Apps Panel
  2. If it does, click the Organizations icon (the three connected squares) in the upper right: Organizations icon then choose Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium
  3. You will now be in the GMHEC Apps panel instead of Middlebury’s—you should now see Oracle.
