Using Zoom with a Poly touch panel

Use Zoom with the videoconferencing resources installed with this audio/visual system.

Body

This conference Room is a Zoom Room with microphone and camera integrated in the Audio/Visual system for high quality Zoom engagement without use of Zoom on a laptop.

 

Control the Zoom Room A/V system using the touch panel

- Select Room Controls along the left margin, and turn it On.

- Select Home along the left margin.

- Begin an unscheduled New Meeting on the touch panel Home screen; open Participants and Invite people, then close the the window with the top right X.

- Join a scheduled Zoom meeting by entering its Meeting ID and then Password.

- While in a Zoom meeting, Share Content over the Source selected from Room Controls; you can either Share to Meeting or View Locally.

- Control the volume level with the fader bar.

- Mute or un-mute the entire Zoom Room by selecting the microphone icon.

- Control the camera angle by selecting Camera Control and use the arrows and plus and minus buttons; stop or start video with the camera icon.

- View to Participants in Speaker, Gallery or other formats.

- Open the Participants window to review attendance, Invite new people, or set engagement preferences by selecting More.

- Control Breakout Rooms, Chat and other features with the " . . . " (More) button.

- To End or Leave the Zoom call, select the red "End" button on the Touch Screen and then specify your preferred option.

 

Please remember to turn the system Off at the Room Controls window when you are done.
