ImageNow: ImageNow crashes when you attempt to view document

This is a little bug in ImageNow. Fortunately, there's a very good work around that could become your primary way of looking at transcripts. (ImageNow is heading towards a web client, so inevitably, we'll all end up using this method).

1. Click on this link (I suggest bookmarking it): https://imagenowweb.champlain.edu/contentapps/#home/apps and login using your normal username & password

2. Click on the "Documents" icon

3. Search for record (see image, below) 
   

4. A list of documents will be displayed.
    
5. Click the document you'd like to view:
   
6. Once opened, you'll be able to view the document, print it, etc. It's all the same document, you're just looking at it through a browser window instead of the desktop client that you're used to using.
