Open the Start Menu, type "Software Center", and click the application
Find and click "Copy Houdini 19 installer to desktop"
Click install and wait for Software Center to finish (it will report that it failed but it succeeds)
Find the Houdini 19 installer folder on the desktop and open it
Right click the install.bat program and select "Run as administrator"
After Install.bat finishes, Houdini 19 will be installed. Enjoy!
