For shared contact lists, delegating the contacts is useful as multiple people can see, edit, and manage the contact list to ensure it is centralized and up to date for everyone. Once a list is delegated to you, you can follow these steps to access them. This feature only works on Gmail web interface.
Step 1
– Go to
https://www.gmail.com
Step 2
– Click on “Mail” in the top left and then on “Contacts”
Step 3
– Expand “Delegated Contacts” if it isn’t already by clicking on the “>” next to it, then click on the delegated contact list you want to access. The contacts will appear to
the right.
