The Champlain Self Service Password Portal provides Champlain College students, faculty, and staff with a browser-based tool that enables secure reset of forgotten domain/network access passwords and the ability to unlock your account without contacting the helpdesk.You can access the Self Service Password Portal here: welcome.champlain.edu
First, you will need to log in with your current credentials on welcome.champlain.edu:
Once logged in you will be able to select and create security questions:
After you have created your security questions make sure to select an email account to use by clicking on the Verification Code tab. Remember to use an account you will have access to if you are locked out of your Champlain College account:
Once you have completed this you are all set to use the portal to change your password in the event that you are locked out or have forgotten your password.
Enter your old and new passwords and click OK.
