New Adobe Creative Cloud Suite in Champlain labs

Adobe recently changed the licensing model for the Creative Suite and versions that use the old method will expire on September 29, 2019.  As a result of this change, Champlain College has upgraded all campus installations of Adobe’s Creative Suite to version 2019. All users—faculty, staff, and students are now required to login using their Champlain credentials to access the Adobe Creative Cloud 2019 applications.

If you have purchased your own copy of Creative Cloud and used your Champlain College  email address as an Adobe ID, you will be given the option to sign in with your Personal or Enterprise account; please choose Enterprise. The Enterprise license will only work on college computers, the Personal license will only work on personal computers.

All Adobe apps are current as of Fall 2019 and will be updated shortly before each semester. Students wanting to use the same versions on their personal computers should avoid updating their personal versions during the semester.

Note:

  • You will be signed out of Adobe Creative Cloud after 90 minutes of inactivity.
  • If you find that someone in an earlier class is still logged in, please log that user out.
  • Auto sign out after 90 minutes may affect After Effects users rendering files. Adobe is working on a solution for After Effects users.
