TeamDynamix Ticket Reporting

TeamDynamix allows users to create reports showing ticket activity in a variety of ways. 

The following steps can be used to create such reports:

In TDNext, select “+Report” from the top bar:

Click “Ticket Report” from the list.

Select the columns you would like to see:

Filtering:

The next step is where you configure what the report shows. In this step, you are filtering the entire database to show only the information you want. Choose the criteria for this filter.

If you have more than one filter, TeamDynamix now requires that you define the relationship between them. Click “Show Advanced”

If, for example, you would like ALL three criteria to be met, state that in the line under Advanced:

 

You can also use OR if you would like. In the example below, the data will be filtered such that either 1 or 3 can be met but 2 must always be met.

Once all of your filters are set, save the report. You can also control who may see your report here.

If you wish to have the report delivered via email, click “Add” under email delivery:

Create a schedule and select a format:

 

You can now click “Save” or “Save and Run” to complete the process.
