Traditional Campus Faculty
If you are teaching multiple sections of the same course and would like to join them into a single Canvas shell, click the "Join courses" button on this page. (If you are unable to submit your request via this form, please email canvasadmin@champlain.edu and put "Join courses" in your subject line.)
Be sure to include all of the course codes (i.e., COR-110-01, COR-110-02) in your request. The first section will be retained as the primary section unless you indicate otherwise.
Requests must be received no later than the Wednesday prior to the start of the semester. We are unable to join sections after students have been enrolled in the Canvas courses.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since you are joining different sections into one Canvas course, it is crucial that you ensure the course is set up properly to meet FERPA requirements.
