Password reset request

Follow these steps to reset your Champlain password. If you are unable to reset your password and still need assistance, click on the Request Service button on this page. 

From a Windows computer on campus

• Log into Windows normally using your Champlain username and password
• Press CTRL+ALT+DEL
• Click on “Change Password” to change your password.

From off campus or using a non-Windows computer

• Using an Internet browser go to welcome.champlain.edu
• Click on Reset Password:
