These instructions explain how to clear your cache in different browsers and operating systems.  Follow the steps for the browser you use.

Instructions
Regardless of your browser, make sure to...
	- 
	Select both cache and cookies. 
		- 
		Cookies will likely show some as some variation of "cookies and other site data", and cache as "cached images, files, and pages".  
 
- 
	Clear your browser's cache and cookies for at least the last 24 hours, or since you first encountered the issue—whichever is longer. 
- 
	After clearing cache and cookies, exit your browser completely before you attempt to access the site again. 
		- 
		Windows: right-click the browser icon on the task bar, click "Close all windows" 
- 
		Mac: select the browser (i.e., the browser name appears in the top left corner of your screen), then press Command + Q on your keyboard
