Instructions

Regardless of your browser, make sure to...

  1. Select both cache and cookies.

    • Cookies will likely show some as some variation of "cookies and other site data", and cache as "cached images, files, and pages".

  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies for at least the last 24 hours, or since you first encountered the issue—whichever is longer.

    • Opting to clear cache and cookies for "all time" is more likely to resolve the problem and prevent it from recurring.

  3. After clearing cache and cookies, exit your browser completely before you attempt to access the site again.

    • Windows: right-click the browser icon on the task bar, click "Close all windows"

    • Mac: select the browser (i.e., the browser name appears in the top left corner of your screen), then press Command + Q on your keyboard
