Oracle - Logging in & Avoiding Lockouts

If your Oracle account is currently locked, you will need to contact the Middlebury Helpdesk to unlock it.

Logging In

  1. We recommend using Firefox to access Oracle.

  2. Oracle website

  3. Log-in

    Oracle login screen

    • You must use the Company Single Sign-On option.
    • Do NOT put your credentials into the User ID and Password fields - you will not get into Oracle, and this will likely lock your account.

Experiencing issues?

  • Make sure to follow the instructions above carefully, i.e., use go.middlebury.edu/oracle (or other recommended options), not a bookmark to Oracle itself, and the Company Single Sign-On.

  • Most issues can be resolved by closing all current tabs and clearing cache and cookies for the past 24 hours (or since the issue began) for whichever browser you are using.

  • If you recently changed your email and are now unable to log in, please contact the Helpdesk as your account may need to be updated.

  • If you are still experiencing issues logging into Oracle after you have done the above, please contact the Helpdesk as your account may be locked.
