Tips on how to avoid getting locked out of Oracle

 

  • If you start receiving the pop-up shown below, please clear your cache and cookies for your preferred browser using the instructions here. Do not enter your credentials in this pop-up, it can cause an account lock out. If clearing the last 24 hours of cached data does not work, please try clearing your all time cache and cookies. Once you have done this, if you are still experiencing issues logging into Oracle, please contact the Helpdesk as your account is likely locked.
