Password Reset Tool: For security reasons, your password should be reset upon first access of your Mikenet account. The password reset tool is online at http://passwordreset.smcvt.edu. To use this tool, you will need your Mikenet Username, SMC Employee ID number (last 7 digits, ignore the "80" at the beginning?, and PIN number (the last 4 digits of your social security number). After the initial password reset, you will be prompted to change your password every 180 days. If you have any problems resetting your password, please contact the helpdesk.at x2020.
