Student SMC emails are Mikenet username followed by @mail.smcvt.edu (e.g., jbonjovi@mail.smcvt.edu)
Faculty SMC emails are Mikenet username followed by @smcvt.edu (e.g., jbonjovi@smcvt.edu)
Passwords
Email and Mikenet passwords are now the same! When changing one, it also changes the other now.
Our IT Help Desk can change the password when reached out or the password can be changed through the microsoft password reset tool! This can be found at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
