SMC Email / Office 365

Our email is integrated with Office 365, giving current faculty, staff, and students access to the latest version of the Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) as well as OneDrive. These accounts are configured to use 2-factor authentication, meaning you will need to provide either a cell phone number, an alternate email account, or install the Microsoft Authenticator app upon first login. Future login attempts will prompt the user to enter a code sent to their device to verify their identity. You can choose to "stay logged in" after entering this code, which will by-pass this security feature for the particular device they are using at the time. 

Email can be accessed via the link on the mySMC portal (located in the top left) or by going directly to https://login.microsoftonline.com. When logging in make sure to use your entire email address as the user name.
