Faculty and Staff are given a phone number and extension the can be used through the zoom desktop app. While using your zoom phone you can call other SMC phones be just using the four digit extension instead of the full number. For example the ithelpdesk can be reached by just using 2020 instead of 802-654-2020.
Our Voicemail system is tied into your email account, so any voice mails will be automatically sent as an attachment to your SMC email account. Voicemails can also be checked using the zoom app on your computer or on a physical phone using a pin.
