Zoom is our primary tool for collaborating with off-campus users. The Zoom client is installed on all SMC-owned computers and allows people to video-chat and screen share with people from both on and off campus. This is great for meeting with off-campus constituents, and can even be used to bring guests virtually into the classroom.
Zoom offers a plug-in to your Outlook calendar, so you can schedule meetings right from your calendar view.
