Open the Zoom Workplace desktop application. If not already, sign in.
Click on your profile picture/initials in the top right-hand corner.
Click on Receive shared calls
Turn the individual call queues on or off with their respective toggles, or Call queues as a whole.
Open the Zoom Workplace mobile application. If not already, sign in.
Click on your profile picture/initials in the top left-hand corner.
Click on Settings.
Click on the Phone.
Open Call Queues under Receive Shared Calls.
On the Receive Shared Calls page, you can turn the individual call queues on or off with their respective toggles, as well as Call queues as a whole.
