Zoom Phone - Call Routing

How to Disable the Zoom Application from Ringing, Call Routing, and adding another phone to Zoom 

1. Sign into the Zoom Web Portal – https://middlebury.zoom.us 

2. Click on Phone. 

3. Click on Settings. 

4. Scroll to Call Handling and Click on edit. 

5. To disable the Zoom application from getting calls change the slider to the off position. 

6. To add a cell phone number here – Click on add phone number. 

7. You will need to put the country code in (USA and Canada is the default of +1) with the phone number you want to add and then click on save. 

8. The default is to require the number 1 to be pressed before it connects to your personal cell phone. This is so that it doesn’t have your work voice mails go to your personal voice mail.
