Argos Environments

Argos Access Notes

  • A VPN connection is required for off-campus access.
  • Sign into Argos from any modern browser.  Please note, you must use a Windows PC to access Argos for report and datablock creation.
  • After starting Argos, the first login screen will request your Active Directory (AD) credentials (the ID and password you sign into your PC with).
  • You may see a pop-up message window saying Updates exist. Click OK.
  • The folder structure may differ between Production and Development since Development is used for learning and building.
  • When you run a report, the login will be for your Oracle database account for that particular database.  Some reports use passthrough accounts to access data.  Contact the Helpdesk using the Request Support button if you are not sure why you cannot run your report.
  • If you need access to reports, please use the Request Support button so the Helpdesk can follow up with you.
