What is this service?
SensusAccess converts files into other formats to meet different needs. You can turn text into audio for listening during a commute. You can convert files for Kindle and other e-readers. You can create more accessible documents, including Braille versions.
SensusAccess supports independence and self-sufficiency for people with disabilities, both in school and later in the workplace, according to the SensusAccess website. People without disabilities can also use SensusAccess if they want more flexible formats for their course materials.
SensusAccess is available to all Middlebury faculty and students. Faculty can link to SensusAccess in a syllabus or Canvas course to make it easy for students to find.
Who is eligible for this service?
Anyone with a Middlebury email address has access.
