ArcGIS is a specialised GIS software. Middlebury’s ArcGIS license includes access to a number of ArcGIS tools and applications, including: 

  • ArcGIS StoryMaps
  • ArcGIS Survey123
  • ArcGIS Living Atlas
  • ArcGIS Dashboards
  • ArcGIS Experience Builder
  • ArcGIS Earth
  • ArcGIS Field Maps
  • And many other products

Who Is Eligible For This Service?

Middlebury faculty, staff and students have access to ArcGIS and other tools.

How Do I Learn About This Service?

You can learn more about ArcGIS via ESRI’s online documentation. You can check where ArcGIS Pro is installed in labs on campus by viewing our software report. However, you do not need to visit a lab to access ArcGIS, as it is available online as a web app and via a desktop app.

How Do I Get Access to this service?

You can access ArcGIS either online or via a desktop app. There are different features and functionality available, depending on how you access it.
