What Is This Service?
Computer repair service is provided for any Mac or Dell computer purchased by Middlebury which is still under warranty. In some cases, if the computer is no longer under warranty, early replacement may be a better option.
Who Is Eligible For This Service?
Any Middlebury employee using standard hardware which was purchased through Middlebury is eligible to have their hardware repaired.
How Do I Learn About This Service?
If your computer has a Middtag, it's eligible for repair or replacement. Please contact ITS for more information on the amount of time it may take for your hardware to be repaired.
