What is this service?
DesignPLUS is a tool within Canvas that gives increased options when creating content. The tool provides additional options to help improve the visual design, layout, and organization in your course pages. It can also make your Canvas course development more efficient and accessible.
Who is eligible for this service?
All Middlebury instructors have access to DesignPLUS in Canvas.

How do I access this service?
DesignPlus is available within all Middlebury Canvas courses. Please note we are upgrading our CidiLabs DesignPLUS tools to a new and improved interface. As of December 31, 2024, CidiLabs will no longer support the current interface, and it will sunset. Please visit the Transitioning to New DesignPLUS Tools knowledge base article for more information and find directions to activate and/or switch to the new toolbar.
