What Is This Service?

On premise storage refers to any network file storage solutions hosted by Middlebury. This includes Middfiles, MIISfiles and various storage repositories 

Who Is Eligible For This Service?

All Middlebury faculty, staff and students have access to on-premise file storage. 

Middfiles / MIISfiles have the two following primary functions:

  • provides every course taught on campus server space to share, hand out, and hand in work. This is done via the Classes directory.
  • allots space for offices and organizations to share files easily. This is done via the Orgs directory.
