This article covers how to get permission to edit Middlebury websites using Drupal, as well as how to get help with editing access issues for individuals who were granted site editing permissions previously.
Getting Permissions
All individuals who wish to edit any Middlebury website must first complete an "Introduction to Drupal" workshop offered through Information Technology Services (ITS). The workshop schedule contains a link to the appropriate signup form. Site editing permissions will be granted upon completion of the workshop.
Access Issues
Anyone who already has editing permissions for a specific website(s) yet receives a "not authorized" notice when working with Drupal to edit a site should submit a Helpdesk request for follow-up. Please be sure to include your site's URL as well as the text (or a screenshot) of the notification received.
