To work with microphones, make your way to the coffee/tea station down the hall and around the corner.
The microphones are in the left side of the cabinets below.
Inside you will see a rack of audio/visual components as well as the two handheld microphones hopefully properly placed back in the charger.
The mixer where you can set levels.
The two receivers corresponding to the two transmitting microphones.
The amplifier which serves as sound reinforcement.
Make sure the amplifier is turned on by flipping the switch lower left.
Make sure the Main LR level knob is turned to zero. You may adjust later, but this a good place to start.
The two receivers should be set to +15dB to start. Use the the up and down audio arrows to change if not at those levels already.
On the mixer, top left, turn the black knob until you reach channel 3, then push the same knob to select it. You will see Ch3 Mic 1 indicated at the top left of the LCD window.
Set the channel level to zero to start.
Take the same steps to set Ch 4 Mic 2.
The mics levels are probably good. It's recommended to remove the mics from the chargers, turn them on, and test the audio in the space. If the speakers are present, have them test with their voice. Raise the channel levels accordingly. Conversely, you can also control levels from the wall touch panel (next step).
The touch panel is located on the south wall near the windows.
You don't need to press start to control mic audio levels. Just tap Mic Control.
Use the controls to work with both mic levels.

Press Start.
Choose laptop HDMI or Apple TV as a source. The HDMI cable is connected to the wall next to the touch panel. Apple TV can only be used with Macs.
If people want to play music, they will need to used a laptop or iphone.
You can also access the Wireless mic Controls from this same screen. Make sure to place microphones back on the charger or relay that message to
the event organizer if you do not plan to stay.
