Project management of ITS supported projects including full project management, project documentation and project mentoring. Projects are temporary endeavors designed to produce a unique product, service, or result with a defined beginning and end (usually time-constrained, and often constrained by funding or staffing) undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, typically to bring about beneficial change or added value. ITS related project management services include the following.
- Full project management for large projects that require more than 40 hours, and multiple ITS areas.
- Project documentation, including project charters, requirements, stakeholder, effort/time lines and other project related documentation.
- Project mentoring for smaller projects not requireing full project management support.
