What Is This Service?

Printing service pertains to the use and management of printers and multi-function printing devices which also scan and copy. The service is available to faculty, staff and students on the Vermont and California campuses.

Who Is Eligible For This Service?

Faculty, staff and students are all able to print. Faculty and staff have unlimited printing quota and students are given quota for printing each semester.

How Do I Get Help?

Contact SYMQUEST (800-374-9900 or ClientSupport@symquest.com) for the following:

  • Print quality (blotchiness, streaks, lines)
  • Jams
  • Error message on the printer
