Banner is Middlebury's Student Information System and is a web-based service available when logged into the Middlebury network. 

Banner provides many different services to our academic community.

Banner is used to view and maintain college data concerning students, faculty, staff, alumni, vendors.

Proper entry and formatting of addresses is important not only in providing reliable contact information for each record, but in allowing the College to take advantage of automated and discounted mailing systems for major mailings. Any questions about formatting should be directed to the ITS Database Specialistor Mailing Services.
The Address Type classifies an address and determines how it will be used. All reports and processes, such as producing mailing labels, will pull addresses based on the type. Select the appropriate address type from the table when any address is entered in the database.
