To request a physical phone, please have the manager request a phone handset on behalf of the location or employee needing it. These are for call centers with high call volume, or other special circumstances. Please indicate the justification when submitting the form.
The following locations will continue to have physical phone devices installed after the transition to Zoom Phone:
- Classrooms
- Labs
- Locations where students or others without an assigned phone number use a telephone for Middlebury work
- Locations which are part of a call center and experience high call volume
- Life safety lines
- exterior blue light emergency phones
- call boxes on building exteriors
- elevators
