The Pull Quote component is used to highlight a particular quote or passage in your story. The Text field contains the text of the quote or passage. If it is a quote, do not include the quote marks in the text, instead, the Is Quote checkbox is used to determine whether to put quote marks around the passage.
The Attribution field is used with quotes, to show who is being quoted.
