Wireless AirPlay projection is available through AppleTV for Mac products only, laptops, iPhones, iPad, etc.
Press the AppleTV icon on the touch panel. Then, on your Mac computer, open System Preferences (or System Settings on macOS Ventura) > Displays > Click on the drop-down menu next to Airplay Display, and choose the AppleTV that is named after the room you are in. A 4-digit number will appear on the projection screen that you will type into your computer. Once the code has been entered, your computer screen will appear on the projection screen.
If the AppleTV assigned to that room does not appear in your System Preferences list, make sure the WiFi on your computer is turned on, or if the 4-digit code does not appear on the projection screen, there may be an issue with the AppleTV and it will need to be reset.
