Software support refers to any general support related to installing or using software.

Who Is Eligible For This Service?

Middlebury faculty, staff and students are available to receive basic software troubleshooting and support.

  • Middlebury owned computers are eligible for full support of Middlebury distributed software, up to and including erasing and re-installing the computer operating system.
  • Best effort support is provided to Middlebury community members on personally owned computers.
