Here's how to find the version of Microsoft Outlook you use:
Find Outlook version on a Windows PC
Open Outlook.
Click the
File
tab, then choose either
Office Account
.
For newer versions of Outlook 365 without a File tab, click the gear icon at top right. Click
General
in the left-hand panel, then click
About Outlook
in the central list; your version info will be displayed.
For older versions of Outlook, open the
Help
menu then choose
About Microsoft Office Outlook
.
Find Outlook version on a Mac
Launch Outlook.
Click on the menu labeled
Outlook
(next to the apple logo in top left corner of the screen).
Click
About Outlook
.
