Releasing and renewing your computer's IP address may resolve connection issues.
Windows

Click the Windows icon on the Task Bar and search for "cmd".

In the list of results, right-click on Command Prompt, then click Run as administrator.

When prompted, click Yes to allow changes.

In the window that appears, type ipconfig /release
, then press Enter. After a brief delay, the IP address will be released.

Now type ipconfig /release
, then press Enter. This will renew the IP address.

Select Network.

In the list at the left, select the network that needs a renewed IP address, then click the Advanced button in the lower right corner (or the Details button beside the network name).

From the TCP/IP tab, click the button Renew DHCP Lease. Click OK.
