AXN 229 Room Instructions and Troubleshooting
Basics:
Tap press to begin on the opening page. The screen will automatically lower and the projector will turn on.
Select your source on the top of the page: HDMI, USB-C, Zoom, AirPlay, and Blu-ray
Toggle on AV, mute in the upper left-hand corner to temporarily shutter the projected image.
To raise (and lower) the screen to use the whiteboard, you can tap the up arrow under the screen on the left-hand side.
Tap shades, and touch the up or down arrows to lower the window shades around the room.
To use a microphone in the space, tap the podium, Mic at the left-hand side.
The volume slider icon at the bottom can be tapped to mute speakers, the screen will say MUTED! On the top right.
Zoom:
To use the zoom interface press the lit symbol at the bottom right of the touch panel frame. After, select “home” and you will be brought to zoom controls.
To move back to room control, press the same symbol and select “AV Control” there will be a few loading screens, simply wait for the room menu to reappear.
Mics:
A handheld mic is stored in the room near the podium. It is located behind the podium in the wooden cabinet on the wall by the door leading out.
The room itself has microphones from the ceiling and there is a podium mic as well.
Why is this not working?

Double check if anything is muted

Press “help/reset” to easily reboot the system

Make sure the right input is selected
