Open Self Service (Mac) or the Company Portal (Windows).

Use the Search field to find the app called Citrix Workspace.

Click the Install button. This process may take a few minutes.

For Pyramed access: Once Citrix is done installing, open the application. The URL for Pyramed is pyramedhealth.cloud.com.
