Service pages provide general information about the many ITS services, such as printing, VPN, and e-signatures. They are also a great way to submit requests for help (tickets), as the support forms prompt you to supply your topic-specific information. This means your issue can be resolved more quickly because you have already provided needed details, without us having to ask.

Start at Middlebury’s Client Portal — go/helpme/

Click the globe icon beside the search field at top right, then choose Service Catalog from the drop-down menu as shown:

Type a few words in the search field: as you type, results with these words in the service title will appear.
- To see more results, press Enter/Return. A list of ITS services matching your search criteria anywhere in the title and/or content will be displayed.

To search for items with an exact match, place double quotes around your text.

To search for items with a specific tag, enter the # symbol followed by the name of the tag.

To change your search to include both services and Knowledge Base articles, select
(All) from the drop-down list beside the search field.
