Zoom Phone - Quick Start Guide

Requesting a line & logging in:

 

Make a call 

  1. In the Zoom desktop client or mobile app, click the Phone tab. phone icon

  1. Enter a name, number or extension. 

  1. Click the blue phone icon. A phone icon with blue background

 

Transfer a call 

  1. While on a call, click Transfer. 

  1. Enter the name of the person to transfer to.

  1. Select the transfer method. 

 

Send and receive an SMS 

  1. In the Zoom desktop client or mobile app, click the Phone tab. phone icon

  1. Click SMS. 

  1. Click the pencil icon. edit pencil icon

  1. At the top, enter the phone number. 

  1. At the bottom, enter your message then press Enter on your keyboard. 

 

Check your voicemail 

  1. In the Zoom desktop client or mobile app, click the Phone tab. phone icon

  1. Click Voicemail. 

  1. Locate the voicemail you want to listen to, and press Play. play boton

Change your voicemail greeting 

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal

  1. In the navigation menu, click Phone, then click Settings. 

  1. In Call Handling, click Audio Library. 

  1. Click Add Audio. 

  1. Record a new greeting or Upload a file.
